What We Offer
Interested in working with us to provide more access for your clients? We’re excited to offer associate level clinicians the opportunity to take insurance using our group paneling with Washington state Premera plans.
This option allows you to expand your caseload, increase accessibility for clients, and grow your practice.
What’s included:
Access to bill under our group panel with Premera
The ability to keep 100% of your private-pay earnings
Support to help you verify client’s benefits, submit claims, and receive insurance payouts
What to know:
To participate in our group insurance panel, we’re looking for you:
To be in clinical supervision with one of our supervisors
Align with our service agreement
Pay a 25% fee based on insurance-generated earnings
Please note: Supervision is billed separately at a per-session rate. You are also not required to include this service as part of receiving supervision with us.

Meet the Supervisors
Olivia Bowker, LICSW, LCSW
I’ve loved working with clinicians from diverse backgrounds, therapeutic approaches, and client specialties and been supervising for over 4 years. My goal in supervising is to provide an inclusive space that honors where you are at in your professional journey as well as the crossovers that happen in life, knowing and recognizing that we are a human helping other humans. I have no interest in making clinicians like me, I want to invest in your growth and development as a person with these shared values so you can be successful in this field and not only call it a job, but make it your profession.

Andrea Pittman, LMHC, LPC
I am deeply passionate about supervision and providing education to other professionals working towards licensure. Supporting emerging therapists and helping them grow in their skills, confidence, and understanding is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work. I aim to create a collaborative and nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, professional development, and self-awareness, ultimately shaping compassionate and effective practitioners. Being a Neurodivergent person, I also approach supervision with an ND lens and hope to support other neurodivergent therapists.
