Tier 1-Beginnings
This option is best for associates looking to expand their caseload, increase accessibility for clients, and grow their practice with no upfront cost!
What to know:
You are added to our group insurance panels
You can receive supervision as needed at a per-session rate
You pay a 25% fee on paid insurance claims
You keep all private pay earnings
$100 one time onboarding and credentialing fee

Be a part of our group insurance contract for Premera, Aetna, Lifewise, and some Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans

Be a part of our therapist network for additional marketing support! You will join our referral list of therapists on our website and within the collective.

We will support with all things administrative like verifying client insurance benefits, filing claims, and claim follow up.
Tier 2-Foundations
$700-900/ Month
This option is best for associates with a caseload of over 5 insurance based clients or wanting more individual supervision and support!
What to know:
You are added to our group insurance panels
You pay the monthly membership, we pay you what you made in client sessions
You keep all private pay earnings
$100 one time onboarding and credentialing fee

We offer a minimum of twice a month individual supervision with the option of more if needed/required. The amount of individual supervision a month determines the final cost of the monthly membership.

$300/ Month
This option is for fully licensed clinicians who don’t want do everything on their own!
What to know:
You are added to our group insurance panels
You pay the monthly membership, we pay you what you made in client sessions
You keep all private pay earnings
$150 one time onboarding and credentialing fee

We provide a neuro-affirming space for clinicians to grow. We are currently accepting associates for supervision (LMHCA, LSWAIC, and LMFTA) and offer specialized consultation for fully licensed clinicians.
