Andrea (Beilner) Pittman, LMHC, LPC

Hey, I’m Andrea!
I’m a late-diagnosed neurodivergent human, and I’m really glad you’re here.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that every person is wildly unique, and that’s something worth honoring. I work from a systemic and holistic lens, which basically means I look at the big picture- your story, your environment, your relationships and how all of it shapes who you are.

I come from a trauma-informed lens and draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative Therapy. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, and have experience from chronic health to foster care, and much more. But really, the heart of my work is creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to explore whatever you need to.

I especially love working with adults and young adults who are newly discovering their neurodivergence. It can be a lot, right? I’m here to help you make sense of it all, tap into your strengths, and figure out what thriving looks like for you.
